Who Are We?
The Great Drive, a foundation established by Shelina and Amin Mohamed, primarily organizes charity drives that challenge the endurance of our drivers in the East African region, during which, we drive long distances to donate to various children's homes that are located in remote and often unknown places.
We bring together individuals who have a passion for motoring and the act of giving back through charity to provide an enabling environment for the making of everlasting friends and incredible memories.
We greatly contribute towards the economies and environmental welfare of the places we visit and provide endless opportunities for our participants to learn to better appreciate the natural beauty of our homeland, Kenya.

Our Goals & Ambitions
Aside from our bi-annual charity drives, The Great Drive Foundation strives to provide year round support to the homes we visit through various sustainable projects we've undertaken and hope to continue being fortunate enough to conduct.
We have managed to fund and complete several projects in all the places we've visited for our charity events over the course of the last few years, including tree planting in the Mt Elgon National Park and the Furaha Fence Project in Nanyuki which now stands to protect the home from break-ins and robberies.
As an established foundation, we are able to tackle larger issues in this world than what would have been possible as a solo endeavour. Both our participants and members continue to support us and enhance our ability to truly impact the people and places we visit stronger than ever.
Our goal is to ensure that The Great Drive Foundation is a legacy that we can pass onto future generations and have them carry the torch down the road to greatness and improvement.
And Kenya is just the beginning.
